Vibrant Rainbow Coloured Shoestrings Plurk Template

I added a layout a few days ago, which inspired me to do something the same, but very vibrant and colourful. Not always everybody’s piece of cake, but I thought it would be a nice addition for those who prefer brighter layouts - much like myself.
